TODAY’S INTEREST RATES

Mortgage Rates trended slightly higher over the past week as the mortgage backed security market continued it’s downward momentum.

We are now 2 weeks out from the FED meeting where they will likely taper.

Our company announced lower Government pricing on FHA, VA, and USDA loans that is now in effect.

If you compare our rate sheet below – even though rates are higher than the previous week,
our Government loan pricing is lower.
