We were lucky enough to host one of the nations foremost authorities on phone sales last Friday.
The conversation was a great reminder on how the words you use and the attitude you bring to a phone call can make a huge difference in getting a client to trust you and eventually work with you. We certainly needed a refresher and we are better prepared today to connect with our clients and present to them in away that they can identify with.
