This one is a feel good one for us. We were referred this buyer from Bob Martz at My Home Group. Trudy was very hesitant about where to call home. She cancelled multiple contracts and was looking in Scottsdale but also in Louisiana lol. She was very concerned about making the right decision and we would laugh that she was often running mortgage calculations on our phone app at all hours of the night.
Bob finally found what she was looking for at the Venu at Grayhawk. I just got off the phone with our client and she couldn’t be more ecstatic about finally finding a place to call home. We are so grateful to be apart of this one.
