WEEKLY RATE – Interest Rates Continue to Hover Around 3 Year Lows
April 2016
Interest rates continued to hover right around 3 year lows last week.
The market was very steady with the Mortgage Backed Security (MBS) market closing the week even.
Right now we are in an area were there seems to be market resistance for rates to move lower – which means the risk of floating will typically outweigh the rewards.
