Rates remain below 4% – 30 year fixed at 3.75%

Interest rates hit their lowest levels since 2014 last week and remain in that same area this week.
30 Year Fixed rates are now a 3.75% paying a portion of a point and 15 year fixed rates are at 2.875% paying a point.
Hopefully we will know in the next couple days where interest rates will likely go from here.
I always suggest choosing on the side of caution. If it can benefit you to refinance now – I would do it and lock in a rate. I’ve seen so many people waiting for lower rates and then lose out on a beneficial loan.
